Found for Christmas

November 24th - December 23rd

This seasonal exhibition featured the work of Carmarthenshire based artist Jacob Buckland whose paintings are of Welsh landscape and nature, based on direct observation and memory. His work explores colour and mark making, focusing on variations in weather and season.

Brecon based photographer Sean Crawford showed a series of his stunning black and white images. Sean likes to quote Henri Cartier-Bresson, who said "It is an illusion that photos are made with teh camera...they are made with the eye, heart and head."

Both Jacob & Sean's work can still be bought via their pages below.

Bringing colour and dimension to the show was pottery by Russell Kingston, eclectic 'moments in wire' by Susan Bain alongside glorious cushions and scarves by Kathryn Green. The exhibition also featured a range of baskets as well as a range of pottery by Damian Keefe, other ceramics and some beautiful cards, decorations and small gifts from a range of other makers.
